Morrell Financial Management is an independent financial advice firm, established in 2012 by Andrew Morrell. Andrew was joined by his wife, Helen, in 2021 and the firm has grown steadily in the last five years. As Independent Financial Advisers we provide advice on investments, retirement planning, inheritance tax planning and trusts, long term care and the financial protection for families and business owners.

About the role

Morrell Financial Management provides advice to clients on an ongoing basis, usually through an annual review. The Review Administrator role is key to supporting advisers to building long lasting, professional, trusted relationships with our existing and new clients.

 

Role title: Review Administrator

Weekly hours: 20 hours per week (to be agreed)

Salary: £25,350pa pro rata (£13,520 actual)

Probation period: 6 months

Leave entitlement: 25 days or part time equivalent

Pay schedule: monthly on 25th of the month

 

Role description:

In this role you will be required to

  • Work with all members of the MFM team to deliver excellent client service
  • Co-ordinate the adviser diaries and arrange client review meetings
  • Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual review meeting packs
  • Send prepared investment information and reports to clients

· Prepare documents such as application forms for client and adviser signature

  • Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
  • Ownership and accountability for administration of the review process including ensuring the maintenance of correct client records
  • Deal with client enquiries via email, telephone and in person
  • General office administrative duties as the need arises for business continuity
  • Full compliance with company policies with reference to GDPR, Anti money laundering, client confidentiality, FCA regulations and any other policy governing the work and company

Person specification

Essential

  • Qualifications: English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to interpret data
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Willingness to undertake training

 

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar role and/or experience in the financial advice sector
  • Knowledge and competency using XPlan.
